Delivery Time:

Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Fridays and Saturdays are not considered business days.

Shipping Fees:

• Orders below 1,500 EGP: 70 EGP shipping fee
  
• Orders of 1,500 EGP or more: Free shipping 🎁

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted if:

• The perfume has not been opened or used.
  
• The product is in its original condition with complete packaging.
  
• The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used perfumes.
  
• Products damaged due to misuse.
  
• Orders requested after 3 days from delivery.
  

Return Process:

1. Contact us through WhatsApp or Messenger.
   
2. Send a photo of the product and original packaging.
   
3. Make sure your invoice is available.
   
4. We will arrange a courier pickup.
   
5. After inspection, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
   

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
